What do I need to do to get a pool key card or rec tag?

The process for getting a Pool Key card and Rec Tag can be completed online (see below.) The HOA office will need the following information from you:

• For Pool Key – names and addresses of those requiring a pool card
• For Rec Tag-(Plum Creek photo ID) please provide:
  • Photo of you and each person who needs/wants a Rec Tag (must be 11 years old and older)
  • First and last names
  • Address
• Only those who have a Rec Tag will be able to use the pool by themselves, those who do not have a Rec Tag must be with someone who does

FOR RENTERS and LESSEES – in addition to the information above, you will need to provide a copy of your lease agreement, just the page that shows your name, address, and lease dates. (Note: your Pool Key card will deactivate at the end of the lease date, so if you renew just send us the updated lease.)
