Are there any costs for the pool cards or rec tags?

The first Pool Key and Rec Tag is free for Homeowners. Additional Pool Keys are $25 each and additional Rec Tags are $25 each and must be paid for prior to picking them up at the HOA Office. There is a $25.00 replacement fee for each lost card and tag.

For renters and lessees, there is a $25.00 charge for each Pool Key and Rec Tag. Replacement fees are the same as homeowners.
