On July 10, 2025, the Plum Creek HOA Board of Directors and Management met with the City of Kyle to discuss the Plum Creek CIP Project
Overview.

The presentation includes multiple upcoming projects that affect roads, pedestrian safety, and utility infrastructure in and around Plum Creek. Here are few notable projects taking place in Plum Creek:

• Sanders Speed Table: To ensure pedestrian safety, a speed table will be constructed on Sanders Street in the Plum Creek area between the intersection of Sanders & Herzog and Sanders & Kirby.
• Plum Creek Interceptor: The Plum Creek Golf Course Sewer Line Project. 
• Kohlers Roundabouts: The construction of three new roundabouts along Kohlers Crossing at the intersections of Cromwell Drive, Benner, and Sanders

We will continue to work closely with the City and share additional updates with residents as new information becomes available.
