The Plum Creek Homeowners Association is now accepting applications to fill one vacant seat on the Board of Directors. This appointment will cover the remainder of the current term, which runs through April 2027.

In accordance with the Association’s Bylaws, vacancies are filled by appointment from the remaining Board members, even if less than a quorum is present. The appointed director will serve the rest of the unexpired term until a successor is elected and qualified.

Interested residents must submit:

1. A completed Notice of Candidacy Form

2. A one-page biography/information sheet
