Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from September, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed

• Completion of Q3 Board Meeting.

• Initial draft of 2026 budget prepared for board review.

• Reserve study used to guide reserve funding and community repairs and projects.

• Pool bathrooms pressure washed.

• Pool vendor onboarded for remainder of 2025.

In Progress/ Upcoming

• Preparation for Hootenanny on the Hill.

• Continued repairs and improvements to both pools.

• Fencing repairs.

• Next steps on Haupt Playscape replacement following approvals at Q3 meeting.

• Further planning on inclusive swing set options for parks.

• Coordinating with City of Kyle officials to provide more information to residents about upcoming City projects.

• Review and request bids for various community repairs (potholes, electrical shorts, irrigation controllers, etc.)
