Dear Plum Creek Residents,

Your help in keeping our pools safe is greatly appreciated! Here's what to do if you notice something concerning:

For Immediate Safety Concerns: If you witness any situation that poses an immediate safety risk, or you feel unsafe in any way, please call the police first at 911. Law enforcement can respond quickly and handle serious issues on the spot.

For Non-Emergency Issues: Examples- minor rule violations, noise complaints, or general policy questions

• During office hours: Call us directly and a team member will head to the pool right away to assist.
• After hours: Leave us a voicemail and we'll address it as soon as we are able.

Maintenance Issues: After hours and weekend emergency reporting should be directed to Hines Pool and Spa at 512-590-9569.

Reminder: You have the right to ask fellow pool users to display their Rec Tag. This helps ensure only authorized residents and their guests are using our amenities. If someone cannot produce a valid Rec Tag, please report it to the office during business hours or call law enforcement if the situation feels concerning.

Help Us Investigate: Whenever possible, please send us photos or videos with timestamps. This documentation is incredibly valuable for our investigations and helps us address concerns more effectively.
