Dear Plum Creek Residents,

The Board is currently reviewing our parking rules and guidelines to improve consistency and ensure fair enforcement throughout the community. As part of this effort, we are evaluating our current practices and considering updates to parking enforcement procedures in both the Peninsula and on designated private (HOA-owned) streets, in accordance with our governing documents.

We will share more details, including any changes to enforcement procedures, as soon as the Board finalizes its review. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to enhance our community’s parking policies.
