Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from November, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

  • Q4 board meeting successfully completed.
  • HOTH successfully completed.
  • Fencing repairs in the common areas and Dog Park.
  • Coordinated meeting with fiber companies for board Q&A.
  • Alleyway pothole repairs.
  • Updated parking signs installed for all private roads.

In Progress/Upcoming

  • Holiday light installation happening first week of December.
  • Lake security approved at Q4 meeting and will begin patrols first week of December.
  • Ongoing Coffee with the CAM events. Each month typically on the second Friday.
  • Continued repairs and improvements to both pools, including preparation for offseason projects (sanding and repainting the buckets, coping repairs, legal signage review, etc.)
  • Fencing replacement along Cleveland the first week of December.
  • Tree trimming in common areas began in late November.
  • Preparation for removal of any remaining neighborhood dead trees and tree stumps.
  • Fall plant installations for remaining monuments in master association and Peninsula.
  • Haupt Playscape replacement scheduled for early December.
  • Decker swing installation scheduled for early December.
  • Continued planning and research on inclusive swing set options for parks.
  • Continued planning and research for new pool furniture for 2026 season.
  • Coordinating with City of Kyle officials to provide more information to residents about upcoming City projects.
  • Bids gathered for 2026 pool maintenance.
  • Board design reviews of Community Center grounds refurbishment.
