Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here's a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from Q1 to Q2, as well as the projects we have coming up.

COMPLETED Projects:

• Onboarding of new Assistant Association Community Manager.
• Onboarding of new Compliance Inspector.
• Completion of Front Porch Days.
• Full use of new website with ongoing minor refinements and additions.
• Onboarding of new pool and lifeguard vendor- Advanced Aquatics.
• Annual meeting complete.
• Martha Lane restriping completed on 4-15-25.
• Sidewalk repairs on Kirby completed 4-10-25.
• Backflow testing on 4 locations completed.
• Several neighborhood benches repaired and repainted by Porter.
• Pool furniture pressure washed in preparation for pool season done by Porter.
• Main entrance monuments pressure washed 4-28-25.
• New signage installed around the neighborhood.
• Lake treatment completed on 5-8-25.
• Irrigation repairs completed for several spots around the community.

IN PROGRESS/UPCOMING Projects:

• Sidewalk at Kirby Park repair to be done on 5-20-25.
• Kirby Park playscape to be re-mulched on 5-20-25.
• Community Center beautification plans- new walkways, foliage, lighting.
• Playscape refurbishments for Decker, Fergus, and McNaughton Parks.
• Updated parking signs for Martha Lane ordered. Installation complete by 5-16.
• Annual colors selected with more sustainable options.
• Dog Park fencing repairs and second entrance being added.
• Neighborhood fence repairs in several locations, mainly around 2770.
• Lake restocking options are being discussed.
• Electric repairs to McNaughton Pool & Witte monument. Aimed completion 5-16.
• Reserve study completed 4-8-25. Awaiting report from Reserve Advisors.
• Stumps being removed after 71 dead trees were cut down.
• Plant/landscaping updates for Sanders for Fall of 2025

For compliance, I compiled a report of the violations ending on April 30th, and here are some notable figures:

• Total of 121 compliance violations were logged during the month of April.
  • Top violations:
    • Landscaping – 50
    • Sports Equipment – 21
    • Unsightly - 12
  • Violations are typically closed by stage 2 as it drops down significantly to 14 from 89 open violations. This is great data because it shows that the stage 1 courtesy notices that go out are helping residents take care of compliance issues before they escalate.

I also compiled a report on how many Architectural Requests we had ending April 30^th.

• A total of 17 submissions were approved in the month of April.
• Projects including exterior painting, landscaping, and fencing.
• Average days for decision: 3 days
