Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from March, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

• Repair to lake deck.
• Annual backflow testing.
• Community Center attic ladder repair.
• Misc. irrigation repairs in Master & Peninsula.
• Maintenance and repair for 6H pedestrian gates.
• Deck drainage replacement at Haupt.
• Updated technology installed for gate access at pools and 6H.
• Coffee with the CAM on Friday, March 13th.

In Progress/Upcoming:

• Coffee with the CAM 4-10-26.
• Preparation for the Annual Meeting on 4-28-26.
• Preparations for pool season, finalizing projects, legal signage, etc.
• New pool furniture ordered for both pools. Delivery date TBD.
• Pool shade replacements ordered for both pools. Delivery date TBD.
• Collaboration with the board on revising the private street parking rules.
• Continued planning and research on inclusive swing set options for parks.
• Continued planning and research for new Community Center furniture.
• Bids gathered for lake remediation. Will be put before the board for discussion.
• Continued website refinement for improved resident satisfaction.
• Preparation for additional cameras to be installed for both pools.
• Preparation for new camera systems to be installed at the Peninsula gates.
• Updates to the ARC application and process.
