Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from June, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

• Misc. irrigation repairs in Master & Peninsula.
• Coffee with the CAM 6-12-26.
• HVAC preventative maintenance scheduled.
• Tax return coordination.
• Pickleball court edge fill ins.
• Association insurance renewal.

In Progress/Upcoming:

• Coffee with the CAM 7-17-26.
• New pool furniture ordered for both pools. Delivery date is pending.
• Collaboration with the board on revising the private street parking rules.
• Updates to the ARC application and process.
• Community Center grounds refurbishment is underway.
• Board review of landscaping projects for the remainder of the year.
• New office preparation.
• Refresh of the playscape surfacing.
