
Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here's a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from June, as well as the projects we have coming up.
Completed:
- Multiple irrigation repairs across the community.
- Multiple dead tree removals across the community.
- 2 monument plant installations completed with native and sustainable options.
- Fencing along 2770/Witte pressure washed
- McNaughton Park sidewalks pressure washed.
- Compliance Inspector completed an inspection for the HOA as well as a night drive.
- Decker and McNaughton Playscapes installed and reopened for use.
- Dog Park fencing repairs complete and a second entrance/leashing area added.
- Both pools had their sand filters changed.
- Pump repairs to Haupt Pool.
- Preventative HVAC maintenance visit to Community Center.
- Quarterly preventative maintenance visit to 6H gates.
- Pickleball net repaired.
In Progress/Upcoming:
- Continued refinement of the new HOA website with new features for resident use being worked on.
- Landscaping planning for Fall installation for 6H and remaining monuments.
- Budget preparation for 2026.
- Reserve study received and being used to guide reserve funding and community repairs and projects.
- Continued repairs and improvements to both pools.
- Fencing repairs.
- New community initiatives being implemented such as Coffee with the CAM.
