
Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from July, as well as the projects we have coming up.
Completed:
- Pocket park surfacing top offs.
- Peninsula agaves replaced.
- Misc. pool repairs.
- Pool safety inspection conducted by the City. Passed with perfect marks.
- Additional trash cans added to pool yards.
- Repair to Peninsula gate that was hit.
- Association insurance taken to bid and enrolled.
- Refurbished and moved office locations. With that, phased out the separate storage unit expense.
In Progress/Upcoming:
- Coffee with the CAM 8-14-26.
- Potential trash enclosure for McNaughton Pool yard.
- Conducting walkthroughs with the City on the McGarity staging area restoration.
- 2027 budget preparation.
- Research into extension of Peninsula fencing.
- Bids gathered for paving DG paths in the neighborhood. Presented to the board for consideration.
- Consistent contact with Gfiber for timeline on the private street installation. The HOA has signed the necessary paperwork, it is now with Gfiber to prepare a schedule. Last update was they hope to have a better idea by late August.
- Updating and arranging the new office location.
- Onboarding new Porter.
- Misc. landscaping projects- grass in McNaughton Park and the Peninsula, Witte monument cleanup, etc.
- Continued drafts of updated private street parking rules.
- Preparation the Q3 Board Meeting.
