Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from July, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

• Multiple dead tree removals across the community.

• Fall plant installation planning is ready to go when the seasons change for both the main part of the community and The Peninsula.

• First Coffee with the CAM event was in July. The next one has been scheduled for August 8th.

• Light repairs completed at McNaughton Pool.

• Misc. playscape repairs.

• New and improved security cameras installed at both pools and the Community Center.

In Progress/Upcoming:

• Continued refinement of the new HOA website with new features for resident use being worked on.

• Budget preparation for 2026.

• Reserve study received and being used to guide reserve funding and community repairs and projects.

• Continued repairs and improvements to both pools.

• Fencing repairs.

• Further planning on inclusive swing set options for new parks, as well as planning future replacement of Haupt Park.

• Coordinating with City of Kyle officials to provide more information to residents about upcoming City projects.
