Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from January, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

  • Winterization of amenities.
  • Holiday light installation removal.
  • Coffee with the CAM on Friday, January 9th.
  • First phase of pressure washing occurred 1/6-1/10. Next phase is aimed to take place in spring.
  • Solar light installations on community dog stations.
  • Various sprinkler and irrigation system repairs.
  • Updated compliance violation letters.
  • Community and office inventory for end of year.
  • Cleaners for the pool restrooms and Community Center for the weekends have been onboarded and have performed their initial deep clean.
  • Board design reviews of Community Center grounds refurbishment.

In Progress/Upcoming

  • Coffee with the CAM 2-13-26.
  • Continued repairs and improvements to both pools, including preparation for offseason projects (sanding and repainting the buckets, coping repairs, legal signage review, etc.)
  • Tree trimming in common areas began in late November and will continue until roughly the end of February.
  • Dead tree and stump removal began in late January and will continue until roughly the end of February.
  • Continued planning and research on inclusive swing set options for parks.
  • Continued planning and research for new pool furniture for 2026 season.
  • Continued planning and research for new Community Center furniture.
  • Bids gathered for 2026 pool maintenance.
  • Bids being gathered for lake remediation.
  • Bids being gathered for shade replacements/construction.
  • Continued website refinement for improved resident satisfaction.
  • Preparation for additional cameras to be installed for both pools.
  • Preparation for new camera systems to be installed at the Peninsula gates.
  • Updates to the ARC application and process.
