  • Peninsula Guest Parking Passes Reinstated: All guests parking on private streets in the Peninsula must display a valid guest parking pass on their dashboard.
  • How to Obtain a Pass: Peninsula residents can request guest parking passes from the HOA office through our online portal. Click Here to be taken to the page. (you must be logged in to access this form).
  • Enforcement: Vehicles without a valid pass displayed on the dashboard are subject to being towed at the owner's expense after the 72 hour warning period outlined in the current rules.
  • Old Passes Invalid: Any parking passes that do NOT have an expiration date printed on them are no longer valid. Vehicles displaying expired or undated passes remain subject to towing.
  • Action Required: If you have guests who park on private streets in the Peninsula , please request new passes immediately to avoid any inconvenience or towing fees.
  • Non-Peninsula Enforcement: Cars parked in No Parking areas on private streets in the Non-Peninsula areas of the neighborhood are subject to towing.
