We want to keep you informed about the ongoing construction project in our community and provide important safety and contact information.
Resident Safety & Reporting
- Door hangers have been distributed throughout the neighborhood to notify residents about the project.
- Below are important contact numbers for 24/7 local access to report any damages or concerns.
Project Timeline
- Work is currently wrapping up on Spring Branch Loop and will then move to nearby areas, progressing throughout the community.
- The trenching phase should take about one month, with all construction expected to be finished by April.
- The entire project is scheduled for completion by late June.
Coordination with Schools
- The construction team is coordinating with local schools to minimize disruption. Work near main school routes will be done between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with crews moving to other streets after 3:00 PM.
Additional Information
- The construction team averages about 6,000 feet of progress per day and employs numerous flaggers to ensure residents can access their homes without issue.
- Vehicles can safely drive over the trenches.
- Daily work typically concludes by 6:30 PM to minimize disruption.
