Plum Creek has two swimming pools:

The Haupt bucket pool which is located next to the community center at 450 Haupt – Learn More

The McNaughton lap pool which is located at 5832 McNaughton – Learn More

Haupt pool is open from 8 am to 11 pm every day, weather permitting.

McNaughton pool is open from 5 am to 8 am for lap swimming and from 9 am to 11 pm for regular swimming.

The pools are typically open from April through October.  The board establishes the open and closing dates annually based on holidays and HOA events.

Is there an Architectural Review Committee in Plum Creek?2024-12-16T17:04:25-06:00

Yes, there is a committee made up of resident volunteers who review submissions for compliance with the HOA Master Declarations, Design Guidelines and ARC guidelines.

All exterior permanent changes to your lot require approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

How much are the HOA dues/assessments for Plum Creek?2024-12-16T13:19:38-06:00

For 2024, the assessments are as follows:

  • If you reside outside of the Peninsula your quarterly assessment is $176.51 per quarter.
  • If you live in the Peninsula (6H), you pay the regular Assessment of $176.51 per quarter with an additional 6H Peninsula assessment of $163.00 for a total of $339.51.

The upcoming year’s assessments are determined annually during the budget process and may be changed.  Notices of any changes are sent out by the management company prior to the January assessment period.

There are five Board of Director seats for Plum Creek. Each board member serves a three (3) year term and the terms are staggered so that there is continuity in board oversight. The Board of Directors members are elected at the Annual Meeting in April/May of each year.
