If an assessment or other charge is not paid by the due date, the following steps are taken:

  1. 30 Days Initial Reminder Notice
  2. 60 Days Demand Letter
  3. 90 Days Final Notice
  4. 120 Days Intent to Lien
  5. 150 Days Lien Notification
  6. 180 Days Intent to Foreclose
