What are the options for making the payment of my assessment?

There are several options available for making the quarterly payment:

• By check and mailing at the address indicated on the quarterly statement from the HOA’s Management Company, Goodwin & Company, with instructions where to mail your payment.
• Through your bank’s bill payment system and using the mailing address indicated on the quarterly statement.
• Through Goodwin’s electronic payment options outlined at the following link.  Note some of these options may have an additional fee charged by the third-party vendor and are not part of the HOA assessments.
