For 2024, the assessments are as follows:
- If you reside outside of the Peninsula your quarterly assessment is $176.51 per quarter.
- If you live in the Peninsula (6H), you pay the regular Assessment of $176.51 per quarter with an additional 6H Peninsula assessment of $163.00 for a total of $339.51.
The upcoming year’s assessments are determined annually during the budget process and may be changed. Notices of any changes are sent out by the management company prior to the January assessment period.
