Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from December, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

  • Fencing repairs in the common areas.
  • Fencing replacement along Cleveland the first week of December.
  • Fall plant installations for remaining monuments in master association and Peninsula.
  • Haupt Playscape replacement completed.
  • Decker swing installation completed.
  • Irrigation repairs.
  • Lake security guards onboarded and have been doing patrols with great success.

In Progress/Upcoming

  • Holiday light installation removal beginning of January.
  • Coffee with the CAM on Friday, January 9th.
  • Pressure washing to occur 1/6-1/10.
  • Continued repairs and improvements to both pools, including preparation for offseason projects (sanding and repainting the buckets, coping repairs, legal signage review, etc.)
  • Solar light installations on community dog stations.
  • Tree trimming in common areas began in late November and will continue until roughly the end of February.
  • Preparation for removal of any remaining neighborhood dead trees and tree stumps.
  • Continued planning and research on inclusive swing set options for parks.
  • Continued planning and research for new pool furniture for 2026 season.
  • Continued planning and research for new Community Center furniture.
  • Coordinating with City of Kyle officials to provide more information to residents about upcoming City projects.
  • Bids gathered for 2026 pool maintenance.
  • Board design reviews of Community Center grounds refurbishment.
  • Continued website refinement for great resident satisfaction.
