About Plum Creek Board Members

Board members are resident volunteers who make decisions about the business of the association. The association manager administers the property on behalf of the board of directors. Board members are elected to three year terms during the annual meeting.

  • Board meetings are generally held quarterly and residents are encouraged to attend the meetings. Check the Calendar for board meeting dates and times.

  • Each board member casts one equal vote during board meetings.
  • The first fifteen minutes of each board meeting is a dedicated time for resident comments and feedback. Have an idea that will benefit the community? Attend a board meeting and present your idea.
