Kyle WaterSmart is a secure online portal that gives City of Kyle water utility customers a better understanding of their water use, helping them track and monitor usage and conserve water more efficiently. Through WaterSmart, you can view water usage by month, week, day, or even hour, making it easier to identify trends and understand how water is being used at your property.  

Getting started is simple. Visit CityofKyle.gov/WaterSmart or Kyle.WaterSmart.com with your Kyle Water Utilities account number and service address ZIP code on hand, click the ‘Access the Kyle WaterSmart Portal’ button, and follow the prompts.

City of Kyle is now on a Once-A-Week watering schedule, a relaxation of previous drought restrictions. Remember that drought restrictions apply to all City of Kyle water utility customers. You can learn more about the new watering schedule at CityofKyle.gov/Drought.

The payout for City of Kyle’s WaterSaver Landscapes rebate has doubled! City of Kyle now offers up to $500 for replacing traditional turf grass with water-saving alternatives and increasing the efficiency of irrigation systems through targeted upgrades. City of Kyle also has rebates for rain barrels and water-efficient appliances. Learn more and apply at CityofKyle.gov/Rebates.
