
Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from August, as well as the projects we have coming up.
Completed:
- Total move in to the new office.
- Completion of the Peninsula fence.
- Trash enclosure for McNaughton Pool yard completed.
- Misc. landscaping projects- grass in McNaughton Park and the Peninsula, Witte monument cleanup, etc.
- Successful Q3 Board Meeting.
- Completion of the main stage of the Community Center grounds refurbishment. Plants to be installed in the fall.
- Misc. tree removals and pruning.
- First stage of sticker burr treatment completed at the Dog Park.
- Cleaned and reorganized the guard rooms at both pools, and the Community Center attic.
- Arrange the yard sale of old items from the storage unit, and donate the remaining items.
- Additional park benches installed at Haupt.
- Misc. pool repairs.
In Progress/Upcoming:
- Coffee with the CAM 9-11-26.
- 2027 budget preparation. Draft complete and submitted to the board for review. Approval meeting to be scheduled from there.
- Additional trash cans added to pool yards.
- Latest drafts of private street (Master & Peninsula) rules are being reviewed by the Association attorney. This is likely the final draft.
- Replacement of the bike rack at McNaughton.
- Spot repairs for alleyways.
- New pool furniture options have been submitted to the board for consideration.
- Bids gathered for paving DG paths in the neighborhood. Presented to the board for consideration.
- Consistent contact with Gfiber for timeline on the private street installation. The HOA has signed the necessary paperwork; it is now with Gfiber to prepare a schedule. We are waiting on updates from the provider.
