Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from April, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

• Misc. irrigation repairs in Master & Peninsula.
• Updated technology installed for gate access at pools and 6H.
• Coffee with the CAM on Friday, April 10th.
• Front Porch Days organization and execution.
• Completion of the Annual Meeting on 4-28-26.
• Preparations for pool season, finalizing projects, legal signage, etc.
• Pool shade replacements installed for both pools.
• Additional cameras installed for both pools.
• New pool tables assembled for both pools.
• Shades installed for Decker & McNaughton park swings.
• Dog Park shade replaced.
• Replaced water fountain at McNaughton Pool.
• Vending machines installed at both pools.

In Progress/Upcoming:

• Coffee with the CAM 5-8-26.
• New pool furniture ordered for both pools. Delivery date TBD.
• Collaboration with the board on revising the private street parking rules.
• First items ordered for new Community Center furniture.
• Continued website refinement for improved resident satisfaction.
• Preparation for new camera systems to be installed at the Peninsula gates.
• Updates to the ARC application and process.
• Community Center grounds refurbishment has begun and will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
• Board review of landscaping projects for the remainder of the year.
• Preparation for the Q2 BOD meeting on May 12th.
