Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from May, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

• Misc. irrigation repairs in Master & Peninsula.
• Coffee with the CAM 5-8-26.
• Updated technology installed for gate access at pools and 6H.
• First items ordered for new Community Center furniture.
• Preparation for new camera systems to be installed at the Peninsula gates.
• Security contract extended until September.
• Community Center thresholds redone to reduce tripping hazard.
• Q2 meeting.

In Progress/Upcoming

• Coffee with the CAM 6-12-26.
• New pool furniture ordered for both pools. Delivery date is early June.
• Collaboration with the board on revising the private street parking rules.
• Continued website refinement for improved resident satisfaction.
• Updates to the ARC application and process.
• Community Center grounds refurbishment has begun and will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
• Board review of landscaping projects for the remainder of the year.
• HVAC preventative maintenance scheduled.
• Tax return coordination.
• Pickleball court edge fill ins.
• New office preparation.
• Association insurance renewal.
