Many new and exciting things are happening in Plum Creek, and here’s a brief overview of some of the accomplishments from February, as well as the projects we have coming up.

Completed:

  • Maintenance and repair for 6H gates.
  • All dead trees in the community were removed and the stumps were ground down.
  • Various other tree trimmings in the community, both planned and ad hoc.
  • Fencing refurbishment at McNaughton Pool.
  • Annual playground inspection completed.
  • Onboarding of new Lakes & Trails Committee Chairperson.
  • Bids gathered for 2026 pool maintenance.
  • Completion of the Q1 BOD Meeting on 2-11-26.
  • Sanding and repainting the buckets at Haupt Pool.
  • Light repair at McNaughton Pool.
  • Coffee with the CAM on Friday, February 13th.
  • Various sprinkler and irrigation system repairs.

In Progress/Upcoming

  • Coffee with the CAM 3-13-26.
  • Preparation for the Annual Meeting on 4-28-26.
  • Continued repairs and improvements to both pools, including preparation for offseason projects (legal signage review, deck drain replacement, etc.)
  • Updated technology ordered for gate access at pools and 6H. Installation date TBD.
  • New pool furniture ordered for both pools. Delivery date TBD.
  • Pool shade replacements ordered for both pools. Delivery date TBD.
  • Patch to 2770 fencing that was hit by a car while insurance is processed.
  • Collaboration with the board on revising the private street parking rules.
  • Continued planning and research on inclusive swing set options for parks.
  • Continued planning and research for new Community Center furniture.
  • Bids gathered for lake remediation. Will be put before the board for discussion.
  • Continued website refinement for improved resident satisfaction.
  • Preparation for additional cameras to be installed for both pools.
  • Preparation for new camera systems to be installed at the Peninsula gates.
  • Updates to the ARC application and process.
